Items sold as sets (e.g., cushion covers, bedding sets, rugs) must be returned as a complete set.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video along with product images is mandatory for verification.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
Products delivered exactly as ordered and in perfect condition
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
