At RUGENZA, we take pride in delivering premium-quality home textiles crafted with care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Items sold as sets (e.g., cushion covers, bedding sets, rugs) must be returned as a complete set.

2. Timelines to Remember

  1. Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. A clear unboxing video along with product images is mandatory for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Products delivered exactly as ordered and in perfect condition

  2. Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

  3. Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  4. Items marked as non-returnable

4. Charges & Customer Responsibility

  1. Exchange for a Different Product: ₹1000 per item + any applicable price difference

5. How to Request a Return or Exchange

6. Refund Guidelines

  1. Refunds are processed only for approved returns

  2. Applicable shipping charges may be deducted

  3. A reverse shipment fee of ₹200 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in that order

  4. This means even if your order includes multiple products, only a single ₹200 deduction applies (not per item)
